Privacy policy
Last updated: October 30, 2026
Janna Viennoiserie respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect on our website, why, and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).
Person in charge of personal information
Mohamed Boukhabeche, founder, is responsible for the protection of personal information at Janna Viennoiserie. For any question or request:

Information we collect
When you fill out our form to see our product line, we collect what you enter: full name, company name, email address, phone number and business address. If you check the news checkbox, we also collect your consent to receive our news. The form adds the date of your request and the language of the page. We do not collect any other information without your knowledge.
Why we use it
- To give you access to our full product line.
- To contact you about our pricing and answer your questions.
- To send you occasional news about our products, only if you checked the news checkbox. You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to us or through the unsubscribe link in each email.
We never sell, rent or trade your information.
Consent
By submitting the form, you consent to being contacted about our products. Our news requires separate consent. You give it only by checking the news checkbox, which is optional. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.
Service providers
To run the website and process your request, we use providers that may handle your information on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and form submission), Resend (sending the email that delivers your request to us) and Google (our email inbox). Some of these providers store data outside Québec, including in the United States. We choose providers that offer adequate protection, and they may only use your information for the purposes described here.
Retention
We keep your information for as long as we have a business relationship with you, and for no more than 3 years after our last exchange. It is then securely deleted.
Your rights
You may at any time ask to access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent. Write to us at the address above: we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
Cookies and analytics
Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics and, when it is in place, the Meta pixel to measure traffic on the website: pages viewed, where visits come from, device and browser type, approximate city, and actions on the page such as scrolling, clicks to other sites and form submissions. The Meta pixel also measures our ads on Facebook and Instagram and helps show them to people who have visited the website. These tools place cookies in your browser and send this data to Google and Meta, which may process it outside Québec, including in the United States. They only load after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, and declining changes nothing about your visit. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off in Google Analytics, which does not store your IP address. Your choice is kept for 6 months in your browser, and you can change it at any time with the “Cookies” button at the bottom of the page. Fonts are provided by Google Fonts, which may record your IP address when they load.
Security
The website is served over a secure connection (HTTPS), and access to your information is limited to the members of our team who need it to serve you.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the most recent version.
